FAQ
Questions, answered
Can't find what you need? Visit our office and our team will help you.
Who can apply?
Anyone with a valid BVN and phone number who has a guarantor willing to stand behind the loan. You can only have one loan at a time: a new application opens once your current loan is fully repaid.
How is the interest calculated?
Interest is a fixed percentage of the amount you borrow, based on how long the loan runs. The first month has a base rate and every extra month adds a little more. The calculator above shows the exact naira figure before you apply, so there is nothing to work out yourself.
What is a guarantor and why do I need one?
A guarantor is a person who knows you well and confirms they will take responsibility for the loan if it is not repaid. You add their details, passport photo and signature (by upload or camera) on the application form.
What happens if I pay late?
A small daily penalty is added to an overdue instalment, after a short grace period, and it stops at a set cap. The exact rule is shown on your loan summary before you submit, and is repeated in your repayment schedule.
Can I apply in person instead?
Yes. You can collect a paper application form at our office and fill it in by hand. Our team will enter it for you.
How do I track my application?
